Severity Levels & Response Times

  • SEV-1 (Critical) – site down / malware / breach: Response 30 min, Coverage 24/7 (Full Coverage), 8am–8pm ET M–F (Preventive).
  • SEV-2 (Major) – payments / login / critical errors: Response 2 hrs, business hours.
  • SEV-3 (Minor) – performance / SEO / schema issues: Response 1 business day.

Recovery Objectives

  • RTO (Recovery Time Objective): target time to restore service from latest clean backup.
  • RPO (Recovery Point Objective): target max data loss from last successful backup.
  • Typical targets: Preventive RTO 12–24h / RPO 24h. Full RTO 2–6h / RPO 6–12h (stack-dependent).

Coverage Window & Channels

  • Business hours: 8am–8pm ET M–F (all plans)
  • 24/7 for SEV-1 on Full Coverage
  • Channels: email, portal, optional Slack/webhooks (agency)

Maintenance & Backups

  • Backups verified with checksum and restore tests
  • Planned maintenance windows announced 48h in advance
  • Update policy: security patches ASAP; feature updates on schedule

Fair Use & Exclusions

  • Does not include net-new feature dev, redesigns, paid plugin/theme licenses, or third-party cloud costs.
  • Unsupported/abandoned software may require upgrade path before coverage.
  • Excessive incidents due to unmanaged third-party changes may trigger remediation plan or custom scope.
