Severity Levels & Response Times
- SEV-1 (Critical) – site down / malware / breach: Response 30 min, Coverage 24/7 (Full Coverage), 8am–8pm ET M–F (Preventive).
- SEV-2 (Major) – payments / login / critical errors: Response 2 hrs, business hours.
- SEV-3 (Minor) – performance / SEO / schema issues: Response 1 business day.
Recovery Objectives
- RTO (Recovery Time Objective): target time to restore service from latest clean backup.
- RPO (Recovery Point Objective): target max data loss from last successful backup.
- Typical targets: Preventive RTO 12–24h / RPO 24h. Full RTO 2–6h / RPO 6–12h (stack-dependent).
Coverage Window & Channels
- Business hours: 8am–8pm ET M–F (all plans)
- 24/7 for SEV-1 on Full Coverage
- Channels: email, portal, optional Slack/webhooks (agency)
Maintenance & Backups

Fair Use & Exclusions
